Refund Policy

Oklo Adiga, Due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued once a project has been executed and delivered.

  • Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
    The service was not delivered as agreed.
  • A billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate payment).
  • The project was canceled before execution; in such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting costs for work already completed.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
